Onsite Wireless Enterprise Server Installation

This service includes a pre-installation call to the Client’s assigned manager and an onsite visit by a Karbon Managed Wireless certified technician who will install the wireless enterprise server at the customer site. Our technician will ensure that basic server configuration and functionality is in good working order and that wireless handhelds can be added to the server.

Karbon Managed Wireless will also provide a basic training module to the assigned server administrator, which includes an overview of the enterprise server and service, plus a tutorial on basic wireless enterprise server administrative functions.

Remote Wireless Enterprise Server Installation

This service is available for BlackBerry Enterprise Server, GoodlLink, and Windows Mobile servers. It provides a secured, full installation via remote connectivity methods. The service includes an initial call to outline installation and connectivity requirements plus a call to the assigned server administrator during the installation process.

Karbon Managed Wireless will ensure that basic wireless enterprise server configuration and functionality is in good working order and that devices can be added to the server. In addition, Karbon Managed Wireless will provide an overview of wireless enterprise server administrative functionality to the assigned administrator, by phone.
