Karbon Managed Wireless will work directly with your procurement and department managers to tailor a fulfillment plan based on your exact requirements. You can allow your end user population to place their orders directly through the Billing and Asset Management Web Portal, which can be customized to integrate your approval procedures prior to shipment. The portal can be set up for corporate or cost center specific billing, as well as accommodate individual orders.

Our staging and shipping facility picks, packs, and ships all outgoing units, allowing us to customize every shipment according to the client’s requirements. Devices will be shipped with client specific welcome instructions directing the end user to the Enterprise Support Portal, Karbon Managed Wireless’ Support contact information, and any other information you choose to include. 3rd party software applications are preloaded at this facility, and devices are thoroughly tested before shipment.

Through our Master Reseller agreements with major networks, we can activate directly onto the carrier’s networks, enabling us to activate devices at the time they are shipped. In most cases, our facility can ship units the same business day in which orders are received. Our online tracking system enables us to automatically notify end users and managers of confirmation/tracking information when a unit is shipped.
