Fulfillment
Karbon Managed Wireless will work directly with your procurement
and department managers to tailor a fulfillment plan based on your
exact requirements. We have the project management tools in place
to support your authorization procedures, cost center structure,
and asset tracking system. Your program can be set up for corporate
or cost center specific billing, as well as accommodate individual
orders.
Through our Master Reseller agreements with major networks, we
can activate directly onto the carrier’s networks, enabling
us to activate devices at the time they are shipped. In most cases,
our facility can ship units the same business day in which orders
are received. We can accommodate 3rd party software provisioning,
accessory kitting, and customized collateral.
Billing & Asset Management

Tracking equipment, reviewing and optimizing rate plans, deactivating
unused lines, and ensuring that devices under warranty are properly

our Billing and Asset Management Web Portal. We eliminate the need

Our Help Desk services allow you to reduce your IT support burden
by providing a single source for expert wireless technical assistance.
Our team of associates provides your end user community with 24x7
phone and email support, as well as online assistance through our
Enterprise Support Portal website. Our Help Desk team is composed
of Tier 1, 2, and 3 level Karbon Managed Wireless employees, all
of whom are trained and managed in house. This support is tailored
for each individual client, and includes online trouble ticket tracking
and customized reporting.
The Karbon Managed Wireless Help Desk team coordinates directly
with network providers to ensure that activations, deactivations,
network issues, and device replacements are handled quickly and
efficiently.
